Privacy policy

This policy explains how the Model Tahmin mobile app processes your personal data. It follows Turkey's Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK) and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

2. Data we process

We do not ask for or collect your name, phone number, location, contacts or advertising ID. The app has no ads and no analytics or tracking tools.
3. Who we work with
We do not sell your data, use it for advertising or share it with third parties. These service providers process data only on our behalf:
- Supabase: database and sign-in. Servers in Frankfurt, Germany.
- RevenueCat: subscription management. Processes your user ID and purchase details; servers in the USA.
- Apple and Google: authentication if you sign in, payment if you buy Pro.
- Our measurement server: scores journal entries. Located in Turkey.
Your data is therefore also processed on servers outside Turkey (EU and USA).
4. How long
Until you delete your account. Account > Delete account in the app permanently and immediately deletes your user ID, account details, journal entries and Pro record. Details: Delete your account. The App Store, Google Play and RevenueCat may keep purchase records under their own legal obligations.
5. Security
All traffic between the app and the servers is encrypted (HTTPS). In the database each user can reach only their own records.
6. Your rights
Under Article 11 of KVKK and the GDPR you can ask whether your data is processed, get a copy, have it corrected or deleted, and object to processing. Write to destek@nbbilisim.com. We reply within 30 days.
7. Children
The app is not intended for anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly collect their data.
8. Changes
If this policy changes, the current text is published on this page and announced in the app.
